Raised in Phoenix, Arizona, in a loving family where she had the opportunity to live with various culture groups through her mother’s foster parenting. Pastor Sarai developed a spiritual relationship with God as early as 4-years-old as evidenced by her working in her spiritual gifts. She acknowledged her call to ministry in 1998 while stationed at Kunsan, Air Force Base, Korea. Where she served as Praise and Worship Leader and as the Church’s Intercessory Prayer Warrior. She continued serving in various leadership roles until God released her to Co-Pastor Kingdom Come Developers Global Ministries in 2011. 

Pastor Sarai is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and is a dedicated wife, and they, Fred and Sarai are proud parents to their four beautiful daughters.
