Raised in small agricultural communities on the Colorado River in Parker and Yuma, Arizona, in a loving single-parent home by his mother with mentorship from his grandparents Ava and the late Pastor Willis Miller. Pastor Fred has always known that he was called to ministry; however, he is now stepping into the prophecies of his youth and following in the spiritual footsteps of his grand and great grandfather Bishop George Johnson. Pastor Fred is a Professional Civil Engineer with a Master’s in Innovative Leadership and holds certifications as a Water Resource Manager and Master Gardener. Pastor Fred acknowledged his calling under the late Pastor Superintendent Flemings in 1995 while in college. Thereafter, has served in various leadership positions until released by God to Pastor Kingdom Come Developers Global Ministries on December 31st, 2011.
